    Re: ?? about a crab?

Even if it was fully aquatic, I wouldn't put it in with the frog.

    Re: ?? about a crab?

Oh i wasnt going to. i figured that it might grab the frogs leg and hurt it. i was going to try to get off my lazy fat prego butt and clean my other tank out. but that tank would be way to deep for the crab and frog.

LoL Yeah, it's probably best if you wait to clean that tank.

    Yeah, they're scattered around though.

Here are some. I'll make a new thread today with all my pictures together.

Freshwater, there are SO many inverts out there, Briggs, Canas, A. Helenas, Nerites, Coronas, RCS, CRS and nameless others.

    Re: Inverts

Moved this to the freshwater section.

Not many freshwater inverts are discussed other then the mention of snails (that I can recall). If we need a separate section at some point I will make one.

    Re: Inverts

Heres an invert question, my dovii found out where the blue crayfish hides and started attacking it, I dont want them to kill it, but I most certainly dont want it to put an eye out or mar them in anyway. I am now relocating the cray, I want to know if it will do alright in an eclipse system 5 or 6 aquarium.

    Re: Inverts

I don't know if that would be cool or not. The P. Alleni and P. Clarkii, which I am sure your cray belongs to one of these, can produce quite a bit of waste and need PLENTY of hiding spots I don't know if this can be achieved in such a small tank. I would have a VERY good filter for it an AC 20 with a sponge would be good:) If it is being attacked by your other fish then I would suggest definitely moving it as it becomes more succeptable after it molts.

    Got Crabs?

    Got Crabs?
Well I used to have crabs (In my aquarium guys!, geez). They were the little red ones that you can get at the LPS. They told me that they will eat the "leftovers" from the fish. Mine keep dying and Im not sure why. One thing that I did find was one of my fake fabric plants had a weighted base, and the seal gave way to the metal weight on the inside and it rusted pretty badly. Since the crabs are a scavenger, could they have OD'ed on rusty stuff? I have plenty of stuff for them to eat, and the fish have all been perfectly healthy, So im not sure whats going on here. Any help would be appreciated!
