I have dealt with aquamajic many times (at least 5 orders) and have always been pleased with there professionalism. There plants (though shipping can be long) always come well packaged and healthy. just my 2 cents

I have placed 5 separate orders with that company. They are located in Malaysia so shipping is pretty slow. I all ways found them to be very professional. The plants I ordered from them always arrived healthy. I did have one order confiscated by the post office but that was because I lived in Hawaii and you have to have special documentations to bring plants into that state. The seller offered me a refund but I just ordered some equipment from them instead.

I can't remember where, But others have said they ordered from him and the plants arrived in good condition...although they did take awhile to arrive.

1 2"x2" star moss
3 2"x2" christmas moss
3 stalks of Balansae

for $14.81 shipped from aquaticmagic. they said they did offer a discount combined (was thinking in my head about $5 ish priority mail) and was charged $9.75 for what they call flat rate :-x

Well ALL of the plants arrived dead, contacted the seller and they refunded the Balansae and asked that I place the rest of them in water to give them a week to see if they'd recover.
All brown, I think not...but I gave it a whirl anyways...needless to say that none of them recovered so I contacted the seller back to inform them there was no positive change in the plants that were soaked in water and asked for a refund since I didn't want to risk another dead shipment and was given a full refund of the money I was initially charged PLUS my shipping of course.

Will I buy from them again, umm...Nope.

I wouldn't expect much from a seller that far away to be honest.

 

Ive done business with them for about a year now, live plants are a NO GO with them, Ive placed orders many times and always the plants dont arrive at all, instead customs and USDA stuff comes instead with a nice note saying they didnt insert the proper custom declarations. I had 100 bucks worth of anubias petites and eyes as well as tons and tons of moss( making fish decor now) destroyed two weeks ago by customs, I got my money back and then some.

as far as customer service, they are tops, USC compliance is very crappy though.

 

well I figured I'd give it a shot, but after mine came in dead I wouldn't purchase again.
