    BLUE NEON CICHLID

    Family:Cichlids, Cichlidae.
    Characteristics:4 in, male has more intense color.
    Tank/Water:62.5g, water types 5-6, 77-81F.
    Care:As a group in tanks that have at least one dark part (created, for example, by an overhanging rock structure); otherwise the species will remain pale. Varied diet of frozen and small crustacean foods.
    Habits:Lives free-swimming near dark, rocky areas of Lake Tanganyika.
    Compatibility:Do not keep with more aggressive Cyprichormis species.
    Similar species:Paracyprichromis brieni, 4in.
