    Good looking frogs.

They seem a bit big to be dwarf frogs though. Are you sure they are not claw toed?

they all have webbed feet which i've heard is pretty much the only way to tell difference. But i have noticed that they have all grown a bit larger when i first got them. And i have also noticed as they have grown there colors have gotten darker and some of the smaller ones are still whitish and the larger ones have turned to dark grey.

I think both species have web feet in the rear but only one has web hands in the front.

i looked at there front feet just now and they look like there webbed but i did notice that there toes aren't webbed but their actual feet are. And that's the same with there hind legs as well

alright so i posted the video of on a herp forum that i'm on, and an experienced frog/toad owner also thinks they are clawed because of the size they are and that there already to big to be dwarfs. I really hope there not clawed cause then i'll have to get rid of them since i wouldnt be able to provide a big enough tank for the guys.

now looking at it again, they do appear big for dwarf frogs.
Dwarfs are usually the size of your fingernail (the pink part...not the white nail tip).

I had that happen before too..and if that IS the case...the clawed frogs can get VERY big!

Hopefully it's just the angle or something that is giving them the larger appearance.

and i was somewhat able to measure a couple of them and they were between 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. And i just did the fingernail check, and just there body alone is double the size, and that's not including there legs. But what's weird is looking at them in person, they have webbed front legs, but everything else sounds like there clawed.

hmm..as I said they get to be about the size of your fingernail. Reading up others have compared them to a penny saying about 1-1 & 1/2 inches from nose to toes.

i must of measured them wrong with the ruler since they are much bigger than my fingernail length wise

Why are you worried? Claw toed frogs are cool too. I had two of them in a ten gallon tank for well over a year and they still had plenty of room in the tank. They like hiding places though. I had lots of slate pile up in my tank for them to hide in.

Also my claw toed frogs had absolutely no webbing on their from legs. It look like little fingers in the front.

And that's why i'm still not 100% sure that there clawed because they do have the webbing in the front legs. And if they really are clawed i'm just worried about the bigger tank size, i've seen how huge they get
