    My daughter, who grew up around aquariums (I think her second word was "plecostamus") got a tank when she went to college, and bought some of the fruit tetras. We'd always had Malawi cichs, so she'd never heard of people dying fishes. They sure had their share of skin problems.

    Why dye a perfectly nice white skirt tetra? There's so much color available naturally.

    I agree, what's next? Dying humans (well come to think of it tats are a type of dying/inking). Scary isn't it to think of what we HAVE the capability to do.
