Discus NOT Eating & Injured...Hexamita? (Advice Wanted)

    Update on the fish... it seemed to be a bit less stressed but still not eating. I went ahead and released it back into the tank with the others hoping that the others feeding will spark it again to feed itself.

    It has been nuked with drugs for 3 days and has not eaten for 6. I figured I would let nature take its course and hopefully it will be ok. It is not dark but it is hiding still although that is expected as it has not been in the tank for 3 days now.

    Man I hope so!!!!!! These fish are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to loose even 1!!! But that is the fun of discus... they are by no means easy to keep. Not hard.... but not easy if that makes any sense.

    Gotta love the learning part of fish keeping... .it never ends!

    WOW!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!! HE JUST ATE TODAY!!!!!! He is still a bit shy around the other fish..... but he went for ate, AND swallowed some frozen bloodworms!! He even went to the ball of worms and got in on the feeding frenzy!!!

    I have never actually had a sick discus live. Hopefully he will continue improvement!

    He actually lived about 2 weeks after treatment..... he died of ick yesterday
