    whao nice but are all you keeping goldfishes? (sorry i haven't been on the forum enough if you posted it somewhere) and imagine your water bill lol at least u have auto water changes or else ur back would be broken and u dont go clhorine you lucky!!!!!!

    There is NO other way other than the automatic waterchanges!

    BTW its the autochanges that is the reason most fishrooms are BB. Just so you can see when you need to vacuum a bit....

    Just goldies, I do still have one 15 year old Oscar left over from the cichlid keeping days she lives in a 75 gal inside the house
    There is no water bill,The water is from a well so just electricity to pump water, run air compressor and lights. It adds about $150/$200 a month to operate the whole show.

    Yea, thats the reason, I bare bottom or use filter sand in some tank in the end it the same

    your oscar is amazing as well...it is by far the oldest one that i've ever heard of/seen...i would like to see mine get to that age, still have a long way to go, mine are about 1 1/2 yrs old.

    wow! Looked plastic in the pict (initially reminded me of this aerating peeing boy that peed bubbles. Lol)
