    I've got 2 pregnant guppies in my piranha tank... i been looking for a intank hatchery around here but cant find one..

    I am also a member on guppies.com and they say you can use 1 gallon jars for fry tanks, breeder tanks, etc. As long as you do daily partial water changes with existing tank water, they seem to work pretty well. I am going to try some to see how well they work with my guppies. :)

    lol sorry i'm not doing all that for some guppies i put in there to be ate inthe first place.. I mean i'll let the momma have them babies and let them get big but i ain't having 1 gallon bottles layin around the house.

    Funny how we "accidentally" buy stuff on ebay, happens to me all the time. I blame it on the cat.

    BTW, did you accidentally buy the charity guppies from 2bearsplaying?

    If you did, you may get more than you bargained for :D I bought 4 platys once and received almost 20. PM me if want to know more.

    Lol yup it was that seller. And yeah...I didn't really expect to get all those guppies. I put bids on them when they had 2 days left to go, assuming they'd be overbid, but I guess not!

    I have 8 new fry :)

    i just got 4 lyretail mollies yesterday 2 black and sliver spotted ones and amber colored ones. I woke up this morning to fry in the tank. I know its not the endlers because they already have to much black in them. Not all though some look plain while others are half black.

    Gotta love live bearing fish. I had so many guppies at one time I started feeding the fry to the bigger fish.

    Haha congrats I think,, I'll hope you dont get a bird wave like my friend had with his guppies ^^ The're were so many he had to give everything away for free to get ''rid'' of them quickly

    i have 10 of these guys correct count this time. im so happy any one have any ideas on what to feed them the at a little bit of flake food.

    crush flake food between your fingers into powder/dust...give them a tiny tiny bit of that several times a day.
    Looks like you got yourself a few gold-dust mollies!
    Also, Hikari First bites are really good and go a extremely long way!

    be careful with the hikari first bites, its extremey easy to overfeed, I do recommend it, but just be mindful

    yup yup..2nd Nelson...that lil' pouch does go a very long long way and it is very easy to shall we say "overpinch" the food.

    hahaha, the first time I used it I used the ole tap tap tap on the side and ended up doing an immediate water change!

    the first time I used it i was shocked to heck how much a tiny pinch dispersed to be...thankfully the rest of the community was more than glad to scarf it up!

    i have about 30 babies. The mom gave birth like in 5 time each about 5 or 6 babies came out.
