I have a 60 fresh water with bala's, red tail shark, pleco, ghost knife, angel, pink tail chauseus, kuli, silver dollar, clown loachs. I have had this set up for several years with very few problems. I have developed what I believe to be a fungis. Several of the fish have a white puffy sore on their mouths and I am seeing discoloration on several of the fish especially where the skin is normally dark. I have tried Maricide Fungis Cure and the stuff that comes in the blue glass bottle that I believe is made from a Tea Tree Extract. I followed all directions with carbon removal and etc. I am having no luck, does anyone have any ideals?

That sounds like columnaris. I'd do a lot of water changes, and I'd also use salt, but not with those loaches, so you probably need to use the medication outlined here:

That sure sounds like Flex(columnaris) and it so then it's one of the few times that antibiotics are needed in an aquarium
