I have a heavily planted 20 Long with 2 German Blue Rams, 10 Cardinal Tetras and 2 juvenile discus. The tank has been in service for about 8 months. The water chemistry is spot on. My male German Blue has developed popeye in one eye. I have learned that I need to treat him with an anti-bacterial. Because it will be VERY difficult to remove him (due to all the plants, stones and driftwood) and put him in a hospital tank, my question is, "Can I treat the entire tank with all the other fish in it?" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
