your tank looks terrific to me, nice and open, not overstocked...I'd love to have it sitting next to my pc stand to stare at. VERY nice job!
How are you liken the corys together? are they hanging out together like a family or moreso keeping to their own spot in the tank?

Dont stare for to long,, I fell a sleep one time when I stared at my fish before going to bed :)
But yep it's great to have a fish tank next to your pc. Had the betta there for a while while moving the new wardrobe..
They really want your attention and you'll lose attention of your pc!

Thanks I really do like it. And it's right in front of my bed so at night I watch it all the time. I can't wait until it's planted

oh and dawn to answer your question about the cory's i've noticed that 2 of them like to stay near each other, and one is an outsider, their such hyper fish, i've noticed that they seem to go up to the surface for air every now and then

Yea, they do surface every once in a while for air..ususally you'll see an airbubble? released. I have over 8 corydoras in my tank (1/2 albino & 1/2 bronze)...the bronze ones seem independant and have their own hideouts...the albino stick in groups of 2 and 3 here and there.
They all prefer to hide towards the back...until a hikari algae wafer is tossed in that is.

haha, they love to be all over the tank, threw in about 3 small algae waffers in yesterday, they scarfed it right up, so they should be good for another day or two. I also put one in my frog tank and they actually ate it. Oh and i noticed after i put algae wafers in, my tanks started to cloud up. The one that the corys are in cleared up ok, but my frog tank is still really cloudy, even after i did a 50% water change and it's still cloudy, doesn't help that there isin't a filter though

Your cory's behave exactly like mine :) Also 1 pair and 1 loner. They rarely go up but they love to catch an airbubble once in a while. They probadly think it's food :)

What type of algae tabs are you using? Also (size depend) your better adding less at a time...and feeding say twice a day varied diet.

with corys you might want to think about shrimp pellets.

i'll eventually be making the tank planted, and i'm wanting to use either black sand or perferably eco-complete which would be dark, so i'm hoping that they would show up better with the dark subtrate and plants
