    so i found another memory card, but i couldn't get a good shot of him at all with the fungus :(

    use a net press him aganst the tank lightly see if that helps

    i cant really tell but it might just be his noight time cycle when fishes try to hide from prey happens to my guppies all the time

    is the top of the mouth were the fungus is?

    yea, it's the top of the mouth, on his hind fin, bottom fins, and starting to go across his back

    yea its rot he probally hit something hard and go infected if you treat him and do water changes like 10% everyday hes gonna be fine but it might spread if another fish gets a cut so be carefful i m gonan go take a shower so ttyl

    i'll have to get more fish for my marigold now, she's all alone in a 10 gal tank with 6 adfs

    It sounds like by description it is a fungus.

    Is it just me (because I just woke up) or does the white stuff in the picture look like excess slime coat ?

    That is what I saw too.... When my Discus got that, I think it was a fungus.... remember that Anthony?

    That excess slime coat production (at least as it looked) was what they had. The Fu-Ba Fix helped with that so it had to be a Fungus or something....

    California Cowgirl - I did not loose any fish on this so you may be ok.... I recommend treatment ASAP with Fu-Ba Fix or the one (MelaFix/PimaFix) that Anthony recommended.
