Yeah, Fin and Feather has them too! He only has 2 right now but he's ordering more. I'll get them when I can buy at least 4...

    Re: Ick or not?

I have another sick tank. Bought 3 velvet swords from Petco over the weekend. 1 male and 2 females. Now one of the females has fungus on her mouth and her fins. Starting to get it on her body too. I did a 50% water change, pulled the carbon and started treating with Pimafix tonight. The question I have now is should I add any salt?

Use the PimaFix for according to the directions without salt.

Would it be ok to replace the filter cartridge/carbon when i'm finished treating the tank? I got this one used from one of my son's friends so its due to be changed...

You cannot have carbon in the filters when using Pima/MelaFix.

    Re: Ick or not?

The tanks looked ok when I was there. I looked at the fish and all of the tanks to check for sick fish. I did notice that they seem to use separators a lot so I imagine one sick fish will most likely affect half of their fish. Needless to say i've learned my lesson. Found one dead this morning and it also killed the guppy I had. The bent one... Fin rot and fungus on the mouth is what i'm seeing now. I hear the old manager of Pet Club David, the one I used to buy all of my fish from, is moving to Petco in Short Pump. Maybe he will clean things up. I have no plans to buy anymore fish from them though. This is the second time they have given me sick fish.
