Magnum 350 cannister parts or fix

    Got this with a tank and have no idea how to use it or if it is complete. Motor does nothing when I plug it in. Cannister itself looks to be in decent shape and no visible cracks. Bunch of tubes, hoses, etc

    $20 + shipping or make offer before I pitch it ....Bill
