My 55 gal cheap planted tank

    This is the tank I put together for under $8 yes $8. Tank was free off Craigslist, built the canopy with items I had around the house, (2 waterproof screw in fixtures with 2 100W CF scerw in daylight bulbs). 1/2 bag of potting soil ($4 for bag at Lowes) 1/2 bag pea gravel ($4 at Lowes), Everything else from other tanks.

    Have 1 marble and 1 DD (black angel) left in this tank as I will be adding some PB (platinum blue) to it soon.
