My new eel

    your welcome. my oldest boy (8 yrs) wants to get an eel but dosen't understand (yet) that we don't have the tank space for one. been teaching him about stocking an aquarium and how our tanks are at their limits/slightly over stocked.

    My big eel got out of my tank and died . I had everthing covered but he found a way out .

    with eels I always put netting over the entire top and used elastic to keep it in place, They may get out but caught in the netting so I was always able to get them back in the tank quickly.

    Also works with any inverts like crabs that love to crawl on the filter.
