I just noticed yesterday evening that the tank is a little cloudy, any idea what this is? The water stats have been that same for the past 2 days:

    Ph 7.6
    Ammoina 4ppm
    Nitrite 0ppm
    Nitrate 5ppm

Cloudy is a sign of a bacteria bloom. It is natural.

The water is nice and clear again, i've noticed that just one of the plants looks like there is a white furry mold growing on it and the surface of the water has loads of tiny white bit on it!?!

Did you take the plants out and rinse them thoroughly? White fuzzy is a fungus among us. Remove the plant, rinse it well and place it back in tank.

Any surface aggitation going on (i.e airstone)?

Aggitation? The water is constantly moving!
