Even if a pair doesn't form by that time I have 2-3 I've chosen that I'll keep to try to get a pair from.

Of course I do Lemon. :) They've grown quite a bit since I've had them, as well as the Cory Cats. I guess 3 50% water changes a week does more than I realized it would.

It does! Waterchanges are KEY for you right now with that tank and a bunch of hungry growing babies! :D

Just like human babies... all they really want to do now is eat and poop! lol... Think of waterchanges as like changing diapers! :)

It's not too bad in the 20. I just fill the 5 gallon bucket twice, walk across the hall dump it in the bath and repeat.

at least yours are of size where you don't have to be that careful!
You should see me with the small clear plastic cup and bucket....the family already thinks I'm nuts because of it. Haha!

    <---amazed you just don't use a python

I have a DIY python I made because I didn't need 25' of hose but I left it at the other house. I do need to check PetSmart and see if they have a 10' one.

I saw a few on ebay the other day for pretty cheap (under $10), but not sure if they went over or not?

I agree that is a good point... lol.... a 50% water change with my 125 is... well too many buckets out... I dont care to bucket back in so get the hose and fill the tank! :) (TONS of Prime)

Speaking of which... I have to do that today.... about that amount too....

3 caps! I ALWAYS add a bit more... and if I fill with a hose I dose for the WHOLE tank... I have lost TOO many fish from filling with a hose!!! No chances here lately! :D

I have the HUGE bottle though.... I am used to adding 1 drop per gallon and about another 2 for good luck... :)

I always dose for 1/2 the tank + any time I do partials (90g =1 cap normally...if it's a larger than norm change I do 2 caps)...and a bottle lasts me quite a long time.

Like I said before, I use some big thing to fill a couple of buckets and then use some other big thing to pour the new de-chlorinated water carefully over the filter so I dont hurt the fish's or mess up the gravel :)

My angels let me work close, almost an inch next to em, tho If they are hungry and didnt get fed yet they tend to nip me too :)

seems I'm a little late to this party but the tank is coming along very nicely... good work. I'm on the fence with the look of the LEDs though. It's different...

Removed most of the grass plants as they were pretty dead and the Angels were pulling them apart. I rearranged everything on the right side of the tank and added a few more cups of Eco Complete.
