new to fishtank building

    well, what all do i need?
    tank
    filter
    fish
    gravel
    rocks/scenery
    anything else? if so, please list!

    i'm going to be getting a 10-30 gallon tank and filling that with a couple little fish to start my journey!
    list everything you can think of that you NEED!!

    You'll also need a test kit to test ammonia, nitrite, nitrate at minimum, a heater and if you have city water you'll need something to remove chlorine/chloramines like Seachem Prime.

    Plants and good lighting! And don't forget buckets and a siphon to care for your tank :) Two buckets should be enough!
    Buy some good fish food, some for each kind of fish, flakes and live foods + some sinking "pills" for your bottom dwellers ;)
