    You guys are right and I should've done some more research

    As for our pet store there was one person that really knew ALOT about each fish. He sold me this tank and explained basicly anything.
    I was hoping he was there when I went to buy my fish but he wasn't for some reason

    Was, past tense. Poor guido, at least Oci might be able to read over your shoulder from toilet heaven all the kind words and comments he's getting. Lol!

    hahaha, as mean as betta's can be they are sure colorful, i loved my betta, i wonder if i should throw one in with my frogs as i moved my marigold into the 10 gallon

    I wouldn't put anything in with dwarf frogs....they basically have no means of defense other than hiding. But it's up to you?

    Females need more care then males though (at least that's what I think)

    Nah, they are just more active and are able to go with tankmates. Whereas the males are pretty much stuck by theirselves without tankmates...plus you have to watch their finnage in the filter intakes (specially if you have a powerful one).
