picked this guy up a few days back. I am still trying to get a decent shot of his female but her pink/white pearl scale isn't easy to capture.

Thanks again guys. I will post a bunch more pics of my other dragons as time allows. I have been breeding them for a while now, so my collection has a grown a bit.

Opps I don't think my question was clear, I was asking did you buy him or breed to get him, if you bought him where did you buy him?

Love the finnage. That would look sweet on a albino body!

you know, I was never a fan of Betta either. But thought about their character and habits for a while, and decided to get a couple pair for spawning. Now I am fully infected with them. I have 3 55's with fry almost all the time growing out. The Males go in show specimen containers in my wife's accounting office where we have a built in bookrack we turned into a wall for them. Holds almost 150 cups, and the females are sorted through, the "perfect" ones are placed in a 30L for future spawning, and the rest goto petshops here and get sold as female betta which usually most folks kill in a month anyways cause they don't do the research on them. But if you can find a nice male like the one I displayed and 2-3 good females, and wish to provide about 10minutes a day to maintain them, they are a heck of alot of fun to breed and raise.

Yeah, plus people buy those fish up! Easy fish to sell... Probably the single most popular fish in the Aquarium hobby!

Yea I just got two bettas my self yesterday, sadly I couldn't buy any thing better at the time for them so they are poorly housed right now.

I got a nice blueish female that like a little purple and a male that blue with a hint of red, I'm going to see if I can borrow the camera.
