Lol, Nice name for the frog.
*runs before the torches come out*

It's a single cheap fish that is less than $2.00 and if it's stressed...has nowhere else to fit in...I know I know..Okay, you can "place it" or give it to your lfs if they would take it (if your looking for a better way than your current avail. limited options).

Ps. I meant to put it to sleep first and not flush a live fish..NEVER flush a live fish.
Euthenasia of aquatics--> 1 way is to put the fish in a plastic bag/container with enough water to make it comfortable, then, put the plastic bag in the freezer. As the water turns cold, the fish will drift off to sleep, and he will pass peacefully long before the water freezes.
Theirs also a clove oil and carbonated water method that is said to be best.
*I have never had to do this, my lfs takes any healthy fish if they have the room*

Ain't that always the way...things are on sale when you don't need them and full price when you can't wait and have to get them. Ugh!

of course, oh and the snail that came with the sand had a green spot on the shell, where the others from the planted tank from petsmart are full brown

Sounds like the "nusiance" one I was talking about, but maybe you'll get lucky and it will be malaysian trumpet or something along those lines.
Ps. Certain snails will eat live plants (leaves). Just thought I'd toss that out there as a FYI
