I went and pick those up yesterday and just drop them in a tank in the fish room, she didn't know what to make of them at first then decided that they could be dinner

Well that's not Sweetpeas tank, but that's what most goldfish tanks look like if you don't use pots. They uproot with all their digging

    nice tanks :)

i do have a question tho, how do you get away with running a bubbler?? every time i run mine with my one little live plant i have in my 75gal it starts to die. i figured the bubbles was taking the c02 out of the air and the plant could not breath.

I run bubblers (aerators) with mine and I would probably bet your lacking something (additive wise or light wise) for the plants to be dying.
Some plants are really fussy too...so it all depends on the plant.

My plant survived in my goldie tank when I was younger, too bad my goldies didnt. Tho my betta has the same problem as your goldfish, He either thinks Its dinner or another betta,,

well the plant grows great when the air stones are not on. but a few days after i turn the air stone on, it starts to not look so great.

i got 2 32w T8 7500k daylight lights. the plant has been looking better since i put them in for my old 20w aquarium/plant lights.

the plant does fine till i turn the bubbler on for a few days. then it starts to die out some, then i turn the bubbler off and few days later it looks good again.

could just be the kind of plant it is (dont know what kind it is) dont know.

I grow plants but don't do any thing special for them
    I don't use any additives
    I don't use CO2
I don't really do anything light wise
I do use plant substrate but that about it

yea i dont do anything special either. i just stuck the plant in there, and the lights, well i like how it makes the tank look.

it does just fine, just when i run the bubbler, it get agrivated. o well.
