Hey guys as you all know I have this weird upper filter and it is giving me troubles now. The water from the filter compartment overflows to the compartment that has the tube that takes down the pure water into the tank. There is a separator but still the bad water overflows and mixes with the good water. Any idea of what I am doing wrong. I have attached the pictures. I have reduced the filter medium to one single cotton bed and still the problem persists.

Your filter pad(s) is/are probably clogged and need to be changed.
