I ended up going out and buying a 5.5 gallon tank to throw these Wild Endler's in until I can find them a new home. They were trying to mate with the swordtails and that can't happen ! LoL

    I'll post some in a bit. :D

Thinking about that I'll have my new tank tomorrow :)
And also... wondering if I should set it up already... but it's only about a month 'til I'll have the new apartment.. tricky question.
Any suggestions? Should I wait with the tank until the apartment is ready, or should I torture myself and fill it, cycle it, empty it, move it, and introduce my fish?

I will. I'm waiting for them to settle in a bit. They were pretty shy from shipping. They're starting to calm down a bit.

I'm doing a water change on the Swordtail tank now. These guys eat and poop a lot more the Endler's so I want to make sure the ammonia doesn't build up in the tank until the BB can catch up to the extra bio load.

Yeah...I remember breeding swords in middle school.... I constantly left the ammonia pellets in the tank...

I just fed the 55 gallon tank.... waiting to do the 10 and 5 gallon tanks (they are in the bedroom)

Not doing much today. I may end up doing another water change on the Swordtail tank since they eat/poot SO much. It's crazy !

removed 2 terra cotta pots from the 20L (thinking it's too high, but they seem to approve of the safety cone for the time being)...
keeping an eye on the pair in the 90g...a bit of arguing going on in there, but nothing like what went on with the other pair.

grabbed some things for the 10g (really wanted to goto oddballs but the traffic was bumper to bumper and no alternate route..so much road work around here) & added the pair to the 10g to see what happens.
