holy moly, 15 tanks all the same size?!? I wouldn't wanna be doing partials on all them (are you doing a auto water change system on them)?

Just watching over the fish and fry, running a bit under the weather so no partials as of yet.

I use a python on all my tanks, takes me 2 days to hit them all and will just add another day as this will put me at 47 tanks.

oh my, I use a python too...but with that many tanks I'm amazed you haven't set up an auto water changer.
47 tanks, I'd sure love that..but NOT the maint. LoL!

I don't work so it keeps me busy. There isn't really much of a way to set up an auto system where the tanks are as I have converted the dining room into a fish room.

I'll get photos up as soon as I get it all set up and running. Still have to pick up some of it as it wouldn't all fit in the car. Got to borrow a truck.

Just did a huge water change on the Swordtail tank (About 75%). While I was doing that I checked my bulbs because the tank looked a bit dim to me. My ColorMax bulb was low and had lines running through it ? That bulb was only a few months old ! I replaced it with a 10K I had and the tank looks much better now. Hopefully the 10K will work well enough in conjunction with the 18K so I don't have any problems with my plants.

I've heard the colormax's don't last as long, but I've had mine on for longer than you've had yours and haven't had a problem as of yet? (maybe you got a bad bulb?).

Feeding the 90g, 20g, and 10g....tossed in a baby decap. brine cube for the babies to give mom & dad a bit of a deserved break hopefully.

So tired of my tank water being green!!!
So doing several 75% partials, then following up with a refill and then another series of 5 50% partials in The Tiger Tank, and the Tiger/Blue Guppy tank.

The 40 gallon is getting a small make over to make room for those bloody Crayfish I'm getting.
Thinking about draining the fairyshrimp/Triops tank... Since the two Triops are in the Tiger tank...

Ummmm not sure but making all the calls to get the aquascaping business off the ground. Gotta love a wealthy area not to far and thousands of ponds.

I have let my other female betta fish dive in with my male one with the hope that they will enjoy their stay in the tank.

I ended up having to pick up some Tetra Algae Control today. The Swordtail tank has been cloudy and the plants have developed some brown algae since replacing the colormax bulb with a 10k. It's only been a few hours since adding it and the tank is already crystal clear again. The algae on the plants should come off soon, I hope.
