just netting some of the uneaten food from the 20L.
Everytime they have a spawn they cut back drastically on eating.

Was only planning on feeding today but after dropping in flake food all the plecos came out wanting some of their wafers so I had to drop a bunch of those in too. After they're done I'm going to do a 50% water change.

I cleaned my fish tank today. I changed the water in the tank. I bought a new tank because the space in the current tank is not sufficient.

netting excess food from the 20L (can't get it through to the hubby that they won't eat as much since they are rearing fry) and simply feeding.

went to look at DW, came home with a pinoy leopard veil for $3 bucks, I love big box for this reason alone, they have no clue what strains they have. She is in QT till her tail grows back right but she is the same size as my 7 week old juvenile. Ill post a pic later.

PWC on the 210, and my RO blocked up.

Finishing the tank setup. I'm going to have to replant everything once it settles and I can see. I still have to drain the 30 Long and put the heater in the new tank.

I cannot post pics of the new fish, she blends in with the background nearly 100%, I am getting new acrylic specimen containers sunday morning, when I get home from the swap I will get my crap in order.

Today......not much PWC the 210, RO is still down so cannot do more then 70g total on 6 other tanks which is near unpossible to accomplish.

Watching a pair of discus, angels, and Bolivian rams spawn dance. Feeding and possibly rescaping the 52 as it as turned jungle again.

Rearranged everything in the new tank and took out that large piece of driftwood. I just couldn't get it in the right position so I gave up.

Doing a 50% water change on the tank now.

PWC and gravel cleaning on both tanks. Scrubbed the sides and decorations on the 10 gallon. Had a little algae building up. Nephew likes to overfeed and the two Otos in there can't keep up. :)

my oldest son found our yellow lab belly up so i got the net and got it out. didn't look beat up and it's color looks good ( deep bright yellow). i tested the water yesterday before tank maintenance and it was: ammonia - 0, nitrite - 0, nitrate - 20. this mornings readings: ammonia - 0, nitrite - 0, nitrates - 5. all the other fish seem to be ok, all active and ate when i fed them. maybe it was just his "time" to go.

Only lighting feeding today. My new tank is going through a mini-cycle. [icon_evil.gif] Not sure why since I used my old media in the new filter and of course all the Flouramax/Eco-Complete.
