Contemplating setting up the 75g in the new house as an NPT.......ugh choices.... I got everything but the soil to go either way. I dunno, Itll cut down on utility bills but then again Ive never dont or seen a real NPT before.....I need a smoke.

Decided to spoil the fish for easter, did another water change and rinsed the pre-filters off.
Yesterday I added some clown loaches and denison barbs (petsmart had the loaches for under $5 and the denisons were under $6). Lost 2 of the barbs, but they were small and the 1 was pretty stressed just from being netted at the store...for the prices no worries here though!

Cleaned my canister filter finally. I hadn't cleaned that thing for months. It's a good thing I did though, I had a good 10 or so fry in there just chillin'. Lmao I added a prefilter so they don't get sucked up again.

Always a nice little surprise when that happens. I am doing a water change on the turtle tank and doing a couple top offs.

Working on my water change. Probably going to do about 80 or so percent since I'm a slacker and don't do weeklies anymore.

water changes and filter maintenance. took down the 5g, as the fish we had in it are big enough now to go in the 55g with the others.

Dawn, get in contact with Chris Moscarell. He is the foremost breeder of apisto's in the U.S. today. I have his contact information somewhere if you would like I will see if I can find it. I have dealt with him several times and his professionalism is outstanding as well as his fish.

From the research I did he's not breeding anymore...
and I've seen posts saying they were on waiting lists from a couple months back and never got what they were waiting on [icon_question.gif]
