    i just added a goby to my tank. i just had my water test at LFS and it was fine. just needed water change. nitrates are a little high that's why. i got the goby for $25. the first most expensive fish i got so far. lol

    You need to let your tank cycle before adding more fish. Your damsels haven't been in the tank very long at all.

    Also... What did they test for ? I find it hard to believe that there was absolutely no ammonia and nitrites in your water.

    well, i had it test for everything. the store test it with that API kit. they only sell saltwater things so they should know wat they're doing. they told me that because i'm using most of the things from a well establish tank suck as sock, sand, rock than it good. my ph is at 8.2, also 2 of the test was at 0. i forgot which one it was. they also said it ok to add some fish. they didnt have any goby so i when to another store and buy one. oh. they did test for ammonis and nitrites too but i forgot wat the reading r. lol.

    I just added a Subcurrent filter. It's a wet/dry type filter.

    Well, "I" didn't add these but something in my tank decided to lay eggs. I have no idea what though.

    Edit: Just found out their snail eggs from my Cerith snails.

    i just added a 5 inch blue hipo tang and a 10 inch salfin tang and 40lbs of more cure LR. also got my tank cycle great. amo:0 nitra:0 PH:8.2 cal:490 AKL:9 salinty:.023 etc. i think i need to raise calcium to be able to have coral. is that right or no?

    i also added about 6lbs of LS, about 10lbs of LR, one bottle of copoy and chaeto to my sump.

    I added two mushrooms, a Red Mushroom and I think a Green Stripped Mushroom.

    added another maroon and his anenome which i got from a freind, the maroon has been with this anenome for over a year and when i put them in my tank i was worried about my other maroon but guess what.....now they both share the anenome
