    The Rotala is actually very beautiful in the right light. That was my problem. Once in the right lighting, very nice. The growth rate in this tank is increadible. I'll probably be trimming in a couple weeks.

    top left of the side glass you can see the java moss contraption.
    Ps. Thanks for the offer on plant trimmings...I'm still not sure exactly what I want. -->doesn't like the plant behind the driftwood even if it's hygro, but It was a pain in butt to get it back there so I might just leave it and trim it to the height of just above the driftwood ?
    hoping that the L. perensuis(sp) will take off as I like the splash of red!
