    another 50% WC on my 125 (2nd WC in a row)

    90% WC in my 5 gallon bucket with the sick fish... medication on the bucket

    Contemplating getting my 30 QT tank going again for that Discus that was not eating... (he is looking thin and lethargic today).....

    What a freaking day.... [banghead]

    A PAIR!!!!!! The Mayan Jade and the Marlboro Red... I thought the pairing was going to be different but hey a pair is a pair!!!! They are cleaning and protecting a piece of driftwood and vibrating near each other!!!

    It is amazing what 50% daily WCs will do!!!

    from what I've read it occurs at about 2 months of age (breeding).
    Mine were received July 17th, 2008 and were soo tiny you couldn't even make them out!

    From all indications the babies are a male and 2 females and I already have a 5in. male in the tank.. a lazy boy!

    my experience with them....have a higher female to male ratio and they'll breed more quickly.

    The same Dad was escorting another female in the log at the far left of the tank already! He's defin a pimp! :)

    From the looks their are a few again in this batch..I probably have maybe 10? now if all goes well.

    <--hoping to convert over to just the albinos (even though they are more sensative and prone to being singled out by tank inhabitants).

    what's new in my tank...a dead neon tetra (just removed). Must been an oldy?
