Well about a month ago out of the blue I was having issues with water parameters, it seemed like the tank was re-cycling for some reason and my Phosphates were completey out of hand (city water).

I added this back on May 18th due to the Phosphates being completely out of hand (between 5.0 & 10.0 on API Liquid Phosphate Test Kit).

Kept up with my normal husbandry and retested on June 14th to find the product was working REALLY well with the reading being 0.25

I've gotten 2 batches of fish in the mail and both arrived in perfect health, have settled in well and remained healthy. All were trades from other fishkeepers met on forums. On the flip side, it seems when I get fish from the fish store they are often more likely to get ill and die shortly after bringing them home. Add in the cost of gas for the 30-40 minute trip and it's just not worth it for me anymore....
